About this game

MonCurse is an esoteric RPG where nothing is sacred. Lewd monster-girls use hypnosis, possession, cursed items, and anything else handy to change and claim you for themselves. Beat them and you stay yourself, lose and monstrous traits get welded into your body for the rest of the run.

The overworld is turn-by-turn traversal with platforming layered on top. Each enemy has a personality that bends your moveset around theirs, and you'll need skills to clear the hardest jumps and outwit the harder fights. Fail and the transformation sticks, opening new routes and closing old ones.

2DCG art, side-scroller layout, multiple endings, and a tag list spanning monster girl, possession, female domination, lactation and pregnancy. A focused transformation porn game that treats each loss as a permanent rewrite of the protagonist, not a save reload.

Controls -- Mouse only:

Left Mouse Button: Take actions, drag skills and proceed. Drag the past event log at the top down. Right Mouse Button: Move the camera, examine characters, discard/swap skills. Scroll Wheel: Zoom in and out. (Keyboard controls will be available at a later date.)

Controls -- Android/Touchscreen:

Screen tap:Take actions, drag skills, proceed conversations. Screen tap+hold:

Start conversations/examine characters. Camera Mode + Drag/Tap: Move the camera, examine characters. Camera Mode + Pinch: Zoom in and out.

Please note that the game won't run on mobile devices without much RAM.

MAJOR: - Player has two additional bust sizes. The Extreme BE toggle switches this. For the time being, you gain these sizes the same way as any other bust size, but this may change in the future. Also note that clothes (besides Lamia's accessories) aren't compatible with the new sizes yet, the bust scene also needs updating. Unlocking the biggest size enables the gallery's fountain, it's a more convenient bust size changer. These new bust sizes do, in fact, mess with your movement. - The player can now get pregnant if the toggle is on. It progresses by defeating enemies (like how you get eggs as a harpy) or from bellyrubs (replaces lewdness flinch). Currently these are wiped if you switch saves or close the game, but not if you return to base. Enemies may start friendly with you if you're pregnant. Current sources of pregnancy are: Ram's special rope-gag ending, especially if you keep saying 'No'. Elite fox's knotting scene, especially if you stack up the curse skill she gives you from it. - The gallery also has a belly size changer. You can unlock it by achieving the largest abdomen size. - A new area of the gallery allows you to 'collect' monsters. This'll be used so you can play-fight them in an arena. Right now three are available: Fox, if you get pregnant (from elite) or a low chance from cumming inside her (non-elite) Ram, if you get pregnant (spec ending) Harpy, by converting enemies as a dragonharpy with your own blue eggs Collected monsters can have special traits. For now, that just means if you collect enough, it'll collect an elite version of the monster - currently every 5th monster is elite. The gallery apartments only show 1 of each monster type right now but it does keep track of how many you have in case the game uses this data in the future. - Player imp can now latch onto enemies and ride them, this usually replaces shoving monsters. The monster you're riding typically cannot attack you without engaging in a scene. - The Russian translation returns! Courtesy of Owandie. MINOR: - Desert monster AI updates: Lamia's AI is reworked to tailflip much more frequently. Lamia's tail also shortens less when damaged. Imps are no longer 120% accurate, they're now about 70% accurate. This means they're more prone to mistakes. Imps also avoid offending lamia for no reason. Acorn now has 3 HP instead of 4 HP, now on par with the other elite imps. - Updated the Hotsprings' save tile to have a more mirror-like visual. - Simplified the translation updater, added coverage for some lines that were missed and it no longer replaces entire arrays. If you used the translation auto-updater in the past, the new function is: "Add new entries" + "Replace changed entries", meaning you will need to check every changed translation. In many cases you can just copy-paste the old translation back in. lease give feedback if there's a problem with this change. - Lamia transformations have had their metal parts no longer re-color again, besides coloring to elite lamia's tint. Fixed an issue with the armband while player's arms. - The inventory screen now shows your 'lewdness' value, which is what was causing enemies to sometimes not attack you at point blank. Made it so a large enough belly size can cause this too. This tracker also shows your pregnancy chances.

MAJOR: - Imps now have an ending, with a variant on it depending on which imp 'wins'. - ... They also have loading conversations. - Cat-girl has an art rework, including the ability to strip them. The elite cat-girls will get the extra armor to differentiate them. Small sprites updated later. MINOR: - Player can now get lamia colors. Also improved imp colors on player slightly. (Patch .2: Lamia TFs now get colors, too!) - Lamia tail now has some better graphics for 'winding up' on one tile. - Milk vases spawn in the desert if you're cow class and overdrive now actually consumes bust size, but returns milk.

MAJOR - Added in a distinctly different elite lamia. For now, she has an added trap-summoning ability, but this will be developed further. The traps also inflict a current temporary status that replaces basic attacks against lamia with an embrace-like ability (worship). MINOR - Cow class now has a new skill 'Overdrive'. It doesn't drop in-game yet but this is the first step towards finalizing this class (it'll be finished by the time werewolf has the cow class granting ending). The skill causes all other skills to retrigger like how fox's skills do. Try it out! - Desert tiles are now separated into tiers. Check the far side, center and edges of the map and you'll find the tiers differ. Currently: T1 is imps. T2 has a lamia. T3 has elite lamia. - Yet even more fixes and small changes such as: harpy wings now allow you to dive up to 4 spaces, instead of being stuck moving down 2 at a time. Werewolf's colors now affect clothes too. Slightly more responsive UI on the top/bottom of the screen so it's easier to fly straight downwards. Optimized harpy ending so it hogs less VRAM. Patch .1: - Imps now try to force you to move like them whilst grabbing you. They'll be knocked off if you don't.
