Takuya Aihara has been flipped into a girl twice already, and as he heads into his final year of university with Asuka still at his side, he almost gets nostalgic about it. Then Kouji, still hung up on the female Takuya, secretly gets Asami-senpai to whip up the sex-change potion and tricks him into drinking it. This time the MTF transformation is harder to reverse than ever.
X-Change 3 pulls in nearly every character from the first two games, Natsumi the teasing step-sister, Asami-senpai the inventor, Chisato the endless experimenter, and adds new branches on top. Asuka is one of the most understanding women alive, but she's not going to stay with a girl, so the clock on the relationship is the loudest one in the game.
2DCG art, voiced Japanese-game framing, school setting, deep tag list spanning blackmail, incest, netorare, tentacles and group sex. A bigger, more complex gender bender porn game that closes out the original Crowd trilogy with the most branching of the three TG entries.

2. Optional Decensorship Patches:
- X-Change 3 Official Patch - An official patch by “Peach Princess”, restoring censored Ayano’s rape sequence and fixing minor text errors.
- X-Change 3 Patch 0.5 - The patch restores deleted Lipp loli sequence, censored rape sequence, bastardized tutoring segment with half of the dialog removed, and one CG of a young girl in a changing room that isn’t even nude.
- X-Change 3 Patch 0.5a - Removes some mosaic which came with the unofficial patch 0.5 and to replace changed CGs with the original Japanese. You can find a screenshot with the changes here.
- folder “xc3-official patch” - To use the patch, copy the files into the X-Change 3 install folder, with the .CWP files going in the ‘cg’ folder and the other files going into the game root folder, overwriting previous files.
