About this game
Kaoru Sakurazuka is a regular young man whose only quirk is unusually feminine facial features and a unisex name, both of which he overcompensates for with extra male bravado. After a dizzy spell sends him to the school nurse (also famous for inventing experimental drinks), he accidentally downs a vial of experimental medicine. He wakes up the next morning as a girl. Yin-Yang! X-Change Alternative is a side-entry in the Crowd X-Change line. The MTF transformation is the engine, the school setting is the playground, and the new Kaoru becomes the center of attention everywhere he goes. Plus, his body has a secret he hasn't found yet, which is where the alternative angle in the title actually lives. 2DCG art, voiced Japanese-game framing, multiple endings, deep tag list spanning incest, futa/trans, lesbian, group sex and urination.
